Michigan Avenue Magazine: Rookies of the Year

For this 2011 Michigan Avenue feature, I got to highlight nine young men who were on the cusp of making it big. I interviewed the guys, wrote the story and organized the Wrigley Field photo shoot (a thrill for this Cubs fan). But my favorite part of this story is that none of these guys knew each other before the story, and since meeting, several of them have become friends and collaborators. I love when my job brings people together.
